Before founding Manhattan Management Group, Shimon Served as the Chief Operation Officer of a New York City development company managing $100M worth of development projects. Overseeing the entire real estate development activities, including acquisition, sales, financing and leasing of apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, retail and mixed-use projects. Shimon Participated in all aspects of the transaction process, including due diligence efforts, targeting potential equity investors, negotiating, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents, leases, construction contracts, hospitality franchise agreements, and offering plans.
