An unfurnished rental is a property which is usually rented for one year (subject
to local authority restrictions). You can rent in any type of property such as a
rental building, condominium or a coop sublease. When renting a property on unfurnished
basis, all utility bills are usually NOT included in the rent. See our renting guide
